I’m Jason, born and raised in Cape Town.Surrounded by natural beauty, I’ve always been inspired to live a healthy and free life.

For decades I built my reputation as a chef.I know what it feels like to work hard your whole life,only to face retirement without the comfort and security you imagined. That's when I realized health and freedom matter more than anything so I began rethinking my path.

I also discovered that the lessons I learnt and taught in the kitchen -patience, creativity, discipline and joy- are the same lessons people need to improve their lives.
